Notice of the Guizhou Provincial Communications Administration on Cleaning Up Internet Shell Websites/Shell Entities/Shell APPs (13th Batch in 2024)

In order to implement the relevant requirements of the "Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Upgrade and Activation of the Website Registration System" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Dianguan [2010] No. 279) on "cleaning up empty shell websites and websites with inaccurate registration information", and further improve the accuracy of website registration information in our province, the Provincial Communications Administration Bureau has cancelled and cleaned up the empty shell registration data in accordance with the "Empty Shell Registration Data Cleaning Work Plan" formulated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Dianguan [2011] No. 6). The data of the 13th batch of empty shell entities (319) and empty shell websites (641) in 2024 are now publicized as follows (see attachment), and the publicity period is 7 days (August 5-August 12, 2024).

The publicized shell ICP filing data is incomplete website filing information (including shell website data, shell entity data and shell APP data). Please contact the Internet access service company as soon as possible to perform ICP filing procedures and complete the authenticity verification of the filing information. After the expiration of the public announcement period, the Guizhou Provincial Communications Administration will cancel the ICP filing data that has not been rectified in accordance with the law.
