Recently, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security announced the seventh batch of Shandong Postdoctoral Innovation and Practice Base certification list for 2024, and Zaozhuang Huabao Animal Husbandry Development Co., Ltd. was successfully selected.
The establishment of the Shandong Postdoctoral Innovation and Practice Base will lay a solid foundation for Shanting in attracting outstanding doctoral students, cultivating scientific and technological talents, building innovative scientific research teams, and enhancing the competitiveness of scientific and technological innovation. At the same time, it will create favorable conditions for exploring the linkage between government, schools, and enterprises and expanding cooperation with universities and research institutes.
The Shandong Postdoctoral Innovation and Practice Base refers to an enterprise that meets certain conditions but has not established a postdoctoral research mobile station or workstation, an institution engaged in scientific research or technological development, a high-tech development zone at or above the prefecture-level city, an economic and technological development zone, or an entrepreneurial park for overseas students. It is a provincial postdoctoral work platform authorized by the provincial human resources and social security department and relies on a postdoctoral mobile station to recruit postdoctoral researchers and carry out technological innovation practice activities.
Zaozhuang Huabao Animal Husbandry Development Co., Ltd. was established in June 2006. It is a national key agricultural leading enterprise integrating broiler breeding, slaughtering, deep processing of meat products, warehousing logistics and technical services. The company currently has five standardized breeding bases, one high-standard broiler slaughtering production line, one chicken deep processing production line, and two 5,000-ton and 3,000-ton cold chain warehouses.
