360 Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "360") recently signed a strategic agreement with China Telecom Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Telecom") at the ISC.AI 2024 Shanghai AI Summit. The two parties will jointly explore new technologies, new models, and new industrial forms in the fields of digital security, artificial intelligence, 5G, etc. based on the principle of "complementing each other's strengths, jointly exploring, cooperating and win-win, and serving the society together".
At the scene, 360 Group Chief Operating Officer Ye Jian and China Telecom Shanghai Branch Deputy General Manager Hu Weiliang signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of both parties.
Shanghai Telecom's key businesses cover multiple fields including "5G communication network", "broadband and fixed-line services", "cloud computing and big data", "smart home and Internet of Things", etc., and are committed to bringing users high-speed, stable and intelligent communication experience.
360 is the only company in China that has both artificial intelligence and digital security capabilities. In terms of security, by "engaging in hard technology and tackling tough problems", it has helped the country overcome the bottleneck problem, provided a "Chinese solution" for reference for the development of global digital security, and provided a shortcut to "security and inclusiveness" for industrial digitalization; in terms of artificial intelligence, it has deeply participated in creating a new quality productivity with "artificial intelligence +" as the core, and proposed the concept of "modeling by modeling" to solve the problem of artificial intelligence security.
The two industry leaders have joined forces to jointly promote the construction of new infrastructure and the development of digital transformation and intelligent transformation. In terms of new infrastructure construction, the two parties will work together to build an intelligent computing center and make efforts in the fields of 5G and IoT. With the risks and challenges brought by the development and application of AI technology, it is imperative to accelerate the construction of infrastructure security foundation. In this signing, 360 will give full play to its APT attack capture capabilities, threat intelligence capabilities, security operations capabilities, and artificial intelligence security protection capabilities, and work with Shanghai Telecom to build a new infrastructure digital security protection system to jointly cope with complex security challenges.
The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement is an important measure for 360 and Shanghai Telecom to seize opportunities and seek common development under the new situation.
