The classic action game "Shadow Curse" directed by the genius director Suda Goichi (Suda51) is expected to launch a sequel! But the birth of the sequel depends on the sales performance of the upcoming remake "Shadow Curse: Hell Remastered".

Due out in October, Shadow of the Damned: Hell Remastered is a brand new remake of the cult classic action game that came out in 2011. While Shadow of the Damned has been dormant since then, Suda has been working on some ideas for the next game.

In an interview with Gematsu, Suda said that he and Grasshopper Manufacture would love to make a sequel to Shadow of the Damned. However, he explained that whether a sequel is made will depend on the sales of Shadow of the Damned: Hell Remastered. As for what the Shadow of the Damned sequel would be like, Suda revealed that it could take place after the events of Grasshopper's No More Heroes: Travis Strikes Back, or tell an entirely new story that takes place before the events of the original game.
