Hao Fanglin, male, Han nationality, was born in May 1956, is 68 years old this year, started working in July 1975, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1976, and has a postgraduate degree.

Public information shows that Hao Fanglin was once the deputy secretary-general of the Dalian Municipal Government, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of the Dalian Development Zone (Export Processing Zone and Tourist Resort).

Hao Fanglin has worked in Ganjingzi District of Dalian for many years. Public information shows that Ganjingzi District is located in the central urban area of ​​Dalian City and is a well-known economic and social district in Liaoning Province and even in Northeast China.

In August 2008, Hao Fanglin was appointed as deputy secretary of the Ganjingzi District Committee, deputy district mayor, and acting district mayor; in December 2008, he was appointed as deputy secretary of the Ganjingzi District Committee and district mayor of Dalian City.

In March 2011, Hao Fanglin was appointed Secretary of the Ganjingzi District Committee.

In June 2015, Hao Fanglin was awarded the title of "National Outstanding County Party Secretary". According to media reports, at the age of 59, Hao Fanglin was the oldest "National Outstanding County Party Secretary".

The Liaoning Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision said that the provincial party committee inspection team received clues reflecting problems of some leading cadres and had transferred them to the relevant Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision for handling in accordance with relevant regulations.

In February 2023, Dalian CPPCC Chairman Hao Hongjun was investigated. He served as a member of the Dalian Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission from June 2016 to December 2019.

In June 2023, Qu Su, former member of the Standing Committee of the Ganjingzi District Committee of Dalian City, former deputy secretary of the Party Group of the District Government, and deputy district mayor, was investigated.

Qu Su has served as deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the office of Paoya Street, Ganjingzi District, secretary and director of the Party Leadership Group of Ganjingzi District Development and Construction Center, director of the Ganjingzi District Party Committee Office, member of the Standing Committee of Ganjingzi District Party Committee, deputy secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the District Government, and deputy district mayor.
