According to Lanzhou Radio and Television Station, recently, Zhang Xiaoqiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Lanzhou Municipal Party Committee, visited and expressed condolences to the officers and soldiers stationed in Lanzhou. The footage showed that Major General Meng Qingbin was at the scene.

According to the "Gansu Recruitment" news, during Zhang Xiaoqiang's visit to the Gansu Provincial Military District, he held discussions with leaders including Liu Jianwei, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Major General Commander of the Provincial Military District, and Meng Qingbin, Major General Political Commissar of the Provincial Military District.

The program introduced that An Dajun, who has practiced martial arts since childhood, has always maintained the habit of fighting training. In 1995, he won the fifth place in the 54kg class in the National Armed Police Sanda and Boxing Competition. When training the troops, An Dajun focused on promoting boxing and fighting training in the whole team, and even set up a ring in the detachment for boxing competitions and personally went on stage to compete with officers and soldiers.

The program also introduced that An Dajun often said, "If you are nice to the soldiers on the training ground, it means you have bad intentions."
