Data shows that the company and its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates achieved a total contract sales amount attributable to the company's shareholders' equity of approximately RMB 3.41 billion in July, and the corresponding equity sales area was approximately 380,000 square meters.

According to Guandian New Media, Country Garden achieved a total contract sales amount of about 25.95 billion yuan in the first half of the year, which was attributable to the company's shareholders. Based on this calculation, the company's equity sales amount from January to July was 29.36 billion yuan.
