The development team of Dead by Daylight recently released the game's 2024 roadmap via social media, showing the real-time updates that will be made to the game before November this year.

These live updates will include various improvements to the gameplay experience, as well as adjustments and updates to perks and killers. In August, the game will receive 10 updates, including a gameplay update for the scratch marks left behind when survivors move, and an update to the Midwich Elementary School map.

The first batch of killers that will receive adjustments include "The Doctor", "Nemesis" (a Resident Evil character), and "Shadow Fiend".

Many very exciting updates for Dead by Daylight players will arrive between September and October. The developers warn fans in advance: "Schedules are subject to change, but we'll keep you updated as Melee progresses." None of these updates have a specific release date, with the roadmap adding that the monthly release window "may change based on development needs."
