Today (August 1), the Steam page of "koROBO", the spiritual sequel to "Chibi-Robo!", was launched. The game does not currently support Chinese, and the release date is to be determined. Interested players can click here to enter the store page.

Somewhere in Brooklyn, in the urban jungle of New York, Tom and his mother were celebrating his tenth birthday. When a wrapped gift arrived, Tom couldn't wait to tear it open to see what was inside.

What he found was not the latest mini home robot technology, but a knockoff model - koROBO? It was too fake!

But before long, koROBO started cleaning the house, helping Tom with his homework, and even playing games and reading comics with him like a brother.

What will koROBO's arrival bring to Tom and his family?

Little heroes, big adventures

Navigate the family home, clean up the mess and solve problems as they come your way - it's a big challenge for such a tiny hero!

But beware! koROBO has a limited battery, which drains faster as you go on missions. While more popular robots need to be plugged in for adventures, koROBO needs sunlight to charge the solar cells on its back. Keep an eye on where the sun shines to make sure it stays running at its best!

As you explore Tom's apartment building, you'll not only help him and his family, but you'll also meet many of its quirky residents. Talk to these characters and solve their problems to unlock koROBO's most powerful upgrades!

Better, Faster, Stronger

Collect items as you scavenge and explore to upgrade koROBO and his abilities. While he can only run, jump and slide at first, he'll eventually be able to fly, swim and even travel through time?!

Wait, there's more! koROBO isn't Tom's only beloved toy. Discover new mini friends and earn various accessories that allow him to adventure and even battle in new and exciting ways! The parts needed for upgrades can be found throughout the house. Collect as many of them as you can to upgrade the little wonder!

The house of the future past

While koROBO has an entire apartment and family to clean and explore, you'll be doing more than just walking around.

Eventually, koROBO will gain the amazing ability to travel through time. Where would you go when you have the power to time travel?
