Hunan Shuangpai: "Mo Xiaoxian" was fined 100,000 yuan for falsely advertising 0 fat

Recently, Shanghai Mo Xiaoxian Food Co., Ltd. was fined 100,000 yuan by the Shuangpai County Market Supervision Bureau of Hunan Province for suspected false advertising. After investigation, it was found that the "Mo Xiaoxian ×× instant noodles (non-fried instant noodles)" sold by the party were labeled "0 fat noodles" in large font, but the actual fat content of the noodles exceeded the "0" limit value (per 100 g or 100 mL) ≤ 0.5 g as stipulated in the General Rules for Nutrition Labeling of Prepackaged Foods (GB28050-2011), and was suspected of publishing false advertising.

Liaoning: Dealers of Xiaodao, GreenTree and Tailing were punished

On July 29, the Liaoning Provincial Market Supervision Bureau announced a number of typical cases.
