However, the housing prices here are so high that the savings are only enough to buy a 74-square-meter second-hand house, but it has only one room. Thinking that we will have to take care of the children and the elderly in the future, one room is not enough. When we were overwhelmed, my wife suggested finding a professional designer to renovate it, hoping to come up with something new. Surprisingly, the house was almost unrecognizable after the renovation. Not only did it become a three-bedroom and two-living room house, but it also had a large balcony. I never expected it!

The TV background wall is simplified, and the white hanging TV cabinet does not take up space, giving people a clean and neat feeling. Adding modern decorative paintings as embellishment, it immediately becomes fashionable.

The balcony gives you a pastoral feeling. The printed tiles are full of charm, and all kinds of flowers and plants are full of vitality. Even when doing trivial things like washing clothes and mopping the floor, we should not forget that life can be romantic.

Couple Room

The master bedroom is for my husband and I. My wife likes pink, so I arranged a pink headboard background wall for her, and the bedding she prepared was the indigo blue I like. Maybe this is life, you think about me and I think about you.

Considering the needs of daily work, the original bay window was converted into a desk, and a small study room was added to the bedroom. It is very practical and I can't help but give it a thumbs up.

Elderly housing

Thinking of bringing my parents over from my hometown, I converted the original study into a tatami-style room for the elderly, and decorated the head of the bed with ink paintings to highlight my taste.

It’s not that we didn’t prepare high beds and soft pillows for them, but they were used to sleeping on hard beds and they couldn’t adapt to the sudden switch to Simmons beds.

Children's Room

The children's room is natural and simple, with refreshing blue and white tones, making people feel the simplicity and innocence of children.

Compared to us adults, children need more independent and private space. This is a separated balcony with a personal washbasin, which is very convenient and practical.
