Please decompress it to get your data. If your Cloud Space data is large, it is recommended that you use the Cloud Space PC client to download it first.

  • b. Cloud backup data cannot be restored through the Cloud Space PC client or the Cloud Space official website. It can only be restored by entering the Cloud Space client and selecting the corresponding backup record to save locally.
