July 27th marks the 100-day countdown to the opening of the seventh CIIE. Are the exhibitors of the CIIE ready? What are their prospects for the upcoming CIIE?

The LEGO Group is a "full-time student" at the CIIE. Jiang Yi, a staff member of the LEGO Group's China headquarters, said that LEGO launches its latest products at the CIIE every year, and has launched a total of 24 products so far. Thanks to the strong spillover effect of the CIIE, these new products have received great attention and have been widely welcomed by consumers after being put on sale, successfully achieving the transformation from exhibits to commodities.

The Monkie Kid™ series is inspired by the Chinese legendary story "Journey to the West".

Looking back at the first launches of new products at the CIIE over the years, Jiang Yi said that the vast majority of the first launches were inspired by Chinese culture, such as the Monkie Kid™ series, which was inspired by the Chinese legendary story Journey to the West. This year, LEGO will participate in the CIIE for the seventh consecutive year, bringing the superpower of play to more children and families.

As a "full-time student" of the CIIE, Germany's SCHOTT Group will move into the new materials zone set up for the first time at the 7th CIIE, and is committed to providing a wealth of special material solutions for cutting-edge fields such as astronomy, aerospace, medicine, home appliances, and consumer electronics.

At the 6th CIIE last year, the zero-degree glass-ceramic exhibited by Schott for the first time became a "net celebrity" exhibit in the technology and equipment exhibition area. It is the "retina" of the astronomical telescope, allowing the astronomical telescope to receive 100 million times more light than the human eye, with a wider "field of view" and clearer "seeing". This year, the Schott Group has successfully produced and transported the last batch of zero-degree glass-ceramic mirror blanks for the main reflector of the European Extremely Large Telescope ELT, the world's largest optical telescope. The 39-meter-diameter M1 main reflector of the Extremely Large Telescope will become the world's largest optical telescope reflector ever, and is expected to be put into use for the first time in 2028. At the same time, zero-degree glass-ceramic is also used in the Mozi Survey Telescope located in Lenghu, Qinghai, my country. It is currently the telescope with the strongest time-domain survey capability in the optical band in the northern hemisphere.

"The CIIE is an open exchange platform that promotes inclusiveness, mutual benefit and sharing of opportunities. It demonstrates China's attitude of opening up to the world and promoting inclusive cooperation. It has attracted well-known brands and cutting-edge technologies from China and the world, and demonstrated China's determination to open up to the outside world at a high level." Zhou Hanxiao, Corporate Communications Manager of Henkel (China) Investment Co., Ltd., revealed that Henkel has witnessed and participated in the development of China's industry and economy, and has continuously increased its investment. This year, Henkel will participate in the CIIE for the sixth time, bringing its two major business units, adhesive technology and consumer brands, to the technical equipment exhibition area. At the same time, it will expand the booth area to fully display sustainable innovation solutions.

In the view of Cui Zhiying, co-director of EY China's Brand, Marketing and Communications Department, the CIIE connects the world and the Chinese market. After years of participation in the exhibition, EY has deeply felt that the CIIE's "getting better and better" is not just a slogan, but the personal experience of all exhibitors. Benefiting from the spillover effect of the CIIE, during the past few CIIEs, the EY booth attracted nearly 20 government delegations from Hainan, Jiangsu, Hong Kong, Chongqing, Hefei and other places, and signed cooperation agreements with the People's Government of Xi'an City and Yinzhou District of Ningbo City.

Cui Zhiying said that in July this year, EY officially confirmed its participation in the 8th CIIE next year, becoming one of the first "eight-year full-time students".
