The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed two "unwavering" principles: unwaveringly consolidate and develop the public economy, unwaveringly encourage, support and guide the development of the non-public economy, ensure that all types of ownership economies have equal access to production factors, fair participation in market competition and equal legal protection, and promote complementary advantages and common development among all types of ownership economies.

"This has made us, the private entrepreneurs, fully feel the care and support of the Party Central Committee. We are more confident and resolute, and we are more convinced that the private economy has great potential in further comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese-style modernization." Zhang Tianren said that at present and in the future, the most important task for Tianneng's cadres and employees is to thoroughly study and understand the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, transform the spirit of the conference into the driving force for promoting work, and guide the company's business development.

Tianneng will firmly root itself in the new energy track, comprehensively strengthen the power battery industry chain, focus on building a new energy storage ecosystem, promote the coordinated development of the two core industries of power batteries and smart energy storage, and drive the high-quality development of enterprises." Zhang Tianren said.

The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out that education, science and technology, and talents are the basic and strategic support for China's modernization. We must thoroughly implement the strategy of building a country through science and education, the strategy of building a country through talents, and the strategy of innovation-driven development. Tianneng has been growing and developing for 38 years because of the "gene" of scientific and technological innovation. Zhang Tianren said that Tianneng currently has more than 2,000 R&D personnel, more than 5,200 patents of various types, and has formed a relatively complete R&D system. "The new energy field is an arena for global scientific and technological innovation competition. We must aim at cutting-edge technology, through the three-wheel drive of 'industry + capital + technology', the linkage of the three transformations of 'digitalization, platformization, and internationalization', develop new quality productivity in accordance with local conditions, and contribute to the country's dual-carbon strategy."
