It takes advantage of light and shadow to project the silhouette of the house and collect the pure picture, slowly expressing the leisurely, free, elegant and comfortable feeling.

Mastering light and shadow, harmonizing the tranquil and comfortable life, following the initial impression of the spatial structure, and gradually sorting out and filling in the functional quadrants. In public, open up to the maximum use of margins to welcome the interactive friendship of visitors; in private, leave quiet and undisturbed private time to settle the body and mind, regain healing energy, and face the ever-changing times.

Floor Plan

The 132㎡ three-bedroom and two-living room apartment is designed with comfort as the premise, using simplicity to resolve complexity, and consciously choosing the characteristics of each material and the shaping of the space. A sliding door separates the joy of gatherings with friends and family from the precious solitude, easily dividing the public and private areas without interfering with each other.

Entrance

The entrance hall has undergone a significant transformation before and after the renovation. According to the original house conditions, a dust collection area was created. The large mirror design not only meets the needs of dressing, but also can magnify the sense of space. The light and non-ground-to-the-ground shoe-changing stool design makes daily life more convenient.

living room

The living room has a seamless floor design, and the plain gray is matched with the white wall, which is simple yet high-end. The TV wall has a soft arc design, matched with a walnut-colored TV cabinet, to create a colorful TV wall. The suspended design is light and easy to clean.

The height under the beam is limited, and the groove cutting line modifies the beam to reduce the visual sense of oppression. The sofa wall is simply designed, and an abstract painting is used as decoration to avoid visual emptiness. The dark green single chair and light gray sofa are matched to create a harmonious and elegant style.

A built-in dark brown upright storage cabinet is designed on one side of the sofa to improve the home storage capacity. It echoes the dining room storage cabinet. In order to hide the aisle, a sliding door is designed to make the overall effect more unified.

Kitchen

The merging of the kitchen and dining space not only improves the space utilization, but also makes the space more spacious. The materials are mainly melamine board and painted glass, which makes daily cleaning easier. A large number of storage cabinets are designed to increase storage and provide a place for small appliances, making the kitchen and dining space orderly.

Master Bedroom

When you open the door of the master bedroom, you will be greeted by a sense of tranquility, simplicity and brightness. The color scheme of the public area is continued, with white and wood colors interweaving to create a spacious and unobstructed sleeping space.

In the sleeping area, the background wall is made of half-height wood grain board to achieve the upper and lower color separation design effect. With the hidden light strip design, the warm yellow light is smudged on the lukewarm beige wall, creating a simple and plain sleeping area scene.

The study and wardrobe are integrated, and the transparent glass partition divides the functional areas while retaining the open space. The 75-centimeter-high simple desk has a hollow design that creates a light and neat visual sense, and is coordinated with the dark bookcase wall design, which is simple, generous and practical.

The master bedroom cloakroom is not big but very airy, with flexible use of drawers and hanging rods for storage. The custom-made double semicircular door handles reflect the ingenuity of details in ordinary places.

bathroom

The main bathroom is clean and neat, with a black frame to create a three-dimensional effect. The suspended undercounter basin design, paired with a wide bathroom mirror, adds to the sense of brightness of the space.

The guest bathroom retains glass bricks, matched with gray pattern tiles and bathroom cabinets, restoring a refreshing dry and wet separation configuration. The transparent glass door partition makes the space less compact.
