The official "Helldivers 2" has officially announced the game's first major update "Escalation of Freedom", which will be launched on August 6. Katherine Baskin, social media director of developer Arrowhead, posted on PlayStation Blog to introduce a new feature that will be introduced in this update.

“While we want players to play in good faith and in a competitive spirit, we recognize that some players use group kicking to hurt others,” Baskin said. “To help mitigate this, we’ve implemented a system where if a player is kicked, they are dropped into a new session as the host and receive all of the loot collected by the group from the previous session. With these changes, all players will have the opportunity to walk away with all of the loot collected during a mission, without any Helldivers losing anything.”
