According to Fast Technology on July 24, blogger Digital Chat Station revealed that the entire OPPO Find X8 series is equipped with glacier batteries as standard. The battery capacity of the standard version is 5600mAh, and the battery capacity of the Pro version is 5900mAh.

It is reported that the Glacier Battery was first installed in OPPO's OnePlus Ace 3 Pro, and OPPO's subsequent flagship models will all be equipped with Glacier Battery as standard.

The Glacier Battery is built based on silicon-carbon negative electrode battery materials with a silicon content of 6%. It is also equipped with self-developed high-capacity bionic silicon-carbon materials and industry-leading low-expansion second-generation silicon, allowing it to pack a larger battery capacity into the same volume.

It is worth mentioning that Glacier Battery has also undergone new upgrades in battery technology and charging algorithms. The bionic honeycomb structural design gives it better stability, while the self-developed silicon-carbon negative electrode battery health algorithm extends the overall health life of the battery.

In terms of screen, OPPO Find X8 uses a 6.5-inch 1.5K straight screen, and Find X8 Pro uses a large-size 1.5K equal-depth micro-curved screen. Both models are equipped with the Dimensity 9400 mobile platform and periscope telephoto as standard. The Pro version will be equipped with dual periscope telephoto.

The new product will be launched in Q4 this year.
