In the morning of July 23, the A-share market fluctuated and adjusted, and the corporate bond ETF (511030) rose against the market trend, hitting a five-day winning streak, with a turnover of over 60 million yuan. On the news front, on July 22, the People's Bank of China launched a combination of "interest rate cuts", with the reverse repurchase rate and the 1-year and 5-year LPR rates all falling by 10 basis points. At the same time, the central bank decided to appropriately reduce the collateral for the medium-term lending facility (MLF) operation. Affected by this, the funding situation loosened significantly on that day, and treasury bond futures rose across the board.

Corporate Bond ETF (511030) is the first SmartBeta bond ETF in China and also the first medium-to-high-grade credit bond ETF.It mainly invests in double AAA entities/bonds listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and corporate bonds with implicit AA or above, and is positioned as broad-based credit bonds and corporate bonds of state-owned enterprises.

Wind data shows that this year, in a low interest rate environment, the bond market is hot, and many bond ETFs have closed higher this year. As of now, there are 20 bond ETFs in the market, including 15 interest rate bond ETFs, 3 credit bond ETFs, and 2 convertible bond products. In terms of performance, as of the close of July 22 (the same below), only one of the above 20 bond ETFs was in a floating loss state.

In addition to performance, bond ETFs can realize intraday turnaround trading (ie "T+0" trading). Investors can sell the bond ETFs they buy on the same day on the same day, making the transaction more convenient.

Ping An FundIt is pointed out that bond ETFs have many investment advantages, the most critical of which is liquidity. Bond ETFs are traded on exchanges, and usually there are more market participants including market makers, which increases the depth of the market. In addition, the "T+0" trading attributes of bond ETFs, the fact that bond ETF shares can be pledged for financing, and low transaction fees also give bond ETFs obvious advantages.

Bohai SecuritiesIt is believed that for credit bonds, we should follow the trend and pay attention to opportunities in volatile markets. Flexible choices in the short- and medium-term credit sinking and medium- and high-grade duration extension strategies are expected to achieve better results. In the future, we still need to pay attention to the disturbance caused by the effectiveness of the stable growth policy on the bond market.
