Beijing News Shell Finance (Reporter Yan Xia) On July 23, the reporter learned that Kudi Coffee has issued a plan to open 8,000 convenience stores in the second half of the year. It is reported that Kudi Coffee's convenience store strategy was officially launched on May 21 this year. After two months of store operation and testing, the effect is good. On this basis, the company issued a work plan for the second half of this year and proposed a goal of deploying 50,000 convenience stores in the next three years.

Li Yingbo, Chief Strategy Officer of Kudi Coffee, said: "We found that the raw materials of a cup of coffee account for a very low proportion of the sales price, and a large amount of expenses are concentrated on rent, decoration, loss and labor costs. For this reason, we continue to think about how to reduce various costs in the coffee transaction process. Since the launch of the convenience store strategy on May 21 this year, through a comprehensive analysis of the data of more than 100 convenience stores that have been opened, the convenience store model has been fully verified in terms of single-store revenue, store opening investment, customer recognition, standardized management, product quality and other aspects. In the future, convenience stores will be one of the important ways for the company to develop. We will cooperate extensively with all parties, deeply integrate into various scenarios and formats, get infinitely close to customers, and realize the shortest path and highest efficiency of products from the field to the tip of the tongue."

Kudi Coffee was founded in October 2022. As of now, the company's business covers 28 countries and regions around the world, with more than 7,500 stores.
