Liu Liehong said that in the next step, the National Data Bureau will work with relevant state departments to continue to create a good environment for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and will mainly make efforts in increasing policy support, strengthening data empowerment, and creating a digital transformation ecosystem.

In terms of strengthening data empowerment, the National Data Administration is studying and formulating relevant policies for the development and utilization of corporate data resources, expanding the efficient supply of public data resources, and promoting large, medium and small enterprises to jointly develop and utilize corporate data in accordance with market principles, so as to continuously meet the data resource needs of various types of enterprises such as small and medium-sized enterprises.

Regarding the creation of a digital transformation ecosystem, the National Data Bureau will support the development of "small, fast, light, and accurate" digital products, services, and solutions suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises, and create a digital transformation ecosystem that connects supply and demand, collaborates across the entire supply chain, and is value-driven. "We also encourage and support Internet platforms and industry leaders to build on their own advantages, open up digital resources and transformation capabilities, and help small and medium-sized enterprises achieve digital transformation," said Liu Liehong.
