Another local company, Kuang-Chien, released the Nebula Big Model 2.0 at the conference. In April last year, the Nebula Big Model 1.0 was officially released to the public. It uses the "big model + LoRA fine-tuning + RLHF" technology route to achieve domain knowledge generation question-answering, with a model parameter scale of 10 billion. Reporters learned from the scene that the computing power pool plan will form 50,000P public computing power within three years to provide to Hefei's industrial ecological enterprises by connecting to the three major operators and social computing power; the data set plan will be led by big data companies, and by integrating government affairs, social and industry data, 8 categories of high-quality data sets of no less than 30PB will be built for large model training; the model base plan intends to open the Spark basic model code and Huawei and Cambrian software and hardware adaptation tool chains to the outside world, attracting vertical model manufacturers across the country to unify with Spark.
