According to foreign media dualshockers, Rockstar insider Tez2 tweeted on X that a new script file was added to the game directory after the recent update of "GTAOL", which means that Rockstar intends to release a new tool that allows players to create their own tasks.

"Rockstar seems to be developing a public version of Mission Creator. This script file was added with the recently released Bottom Dollar Bounties update, but the script content is currently empty." Tez2 said. As can be seen in the picture, the name of this script is public_mission_creator.ysc.

dualshockers believes that the empty script content may mean one of two things: either the tool is still in the early stages of development and will not be released for quite some time, or Rockstar simply does not want to disclose the details of the tool.
