Red Star News reporter learned that my country will complete the construction of the system and provide global positioning and timing services in 2020. At present, civil aviation, communications, finance, electricity, shipping and other industries are using the Beidou system as the main positioning and timing means. With the rapid advancement of the industrialization and large-scale application of Beidou applications, Beidou's positioning and timing system has become the space-time infrastructure of the infrastructure of various industries. If there are security problems in Beidou applications, it will cause the infrastructure of various industries to fail or shut down, which will cause widespread and serious economic losses and adverse social effects.

"Because deceptive interference is extremely harmful in satellite navigation applications and is a key core issue, we hope to conduct relevant technical discussions and exchanges of results through open meetings to more efficiently support the trusted application of the Beidou system." said Chen Qinggang, Chairman and General Manager of China Science and Technology Bizhi.

Chen Qinggang said that through experts' discussion and exchange on the pain points of trusted navigation and anti-fraud technology, it will be convenient for manufacturers and users in the industry to carry out some targeted technical research and application transformation work in the future.

"Chengdu-made" scientific and technological achievements unveiled at the exhibition

Satellite Internet and satellite application industry is one of the 30 key industrial chains promoted by Chengdu. It has the characteristics of high-quality enterprise concentration, numerous scientific research platforms, rich application scenarios, etc., and has the foundation for industrial development. Chengdu has many innovation platforms and a strong industrial foundation, and has advantages in the development of Beidou industry. Beidou industry is also one of the "two wings" in the development pattern of aerospace industry in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone.

When talking about empowering new R&D institutions, we cannot avoid the "Minshan Action" plan of the High-tech Zone. It is reported that since the launch of the "Minshan Action" plan, three batches of demand lists have been released, and 15 teams have successfully won the list. So far, 5 academicians and more than 580 technical experts and industry experts have been gathered, 11 public technology platforms have been built, 14 global and national technological breakthroughs have been achieved, 20 products of various types have been formed, and a total of more than 100 million yuan of product contracts have been signed, driving the incubation of 25 companies, of which power semiconductors, advanced microelectronics packaging and testing, electromagnetic environment adaptation, and cell engineering teams have accumulated more than 100 million yuan in financing. One of the organizers of this conference, the Minshan Integrated Positioning, Navigation and Timing Technology Research Institute is one of the first institutions to win the list.

In 2022, the Minshan Integrated Positioning, Navigation and Timing Technology Research Institute incubated its first industrialized company, Zhongke Bizhi, which is oriented towards the "ubiquitous radio navigation and communication" direction in the national comprehensive PNT (positioning, navigation, and timing). It targets the pain points of satellite navigation being "interfered, deceived, blocked, and denied", and provides safer and more reliable interference and anti-interference as well as trusted positioning and communication solutions and products in complex electromagnetic environments and counter-denial situations.

At this exhibition, companies that were selected for the “Minshan Action” program showcased their technology transformation results.

It is reported that the latest products launched by Zhongke Bizhi, such as satellite navigation deception interference detection receiving equipment and Beidou timing safety isolation protection device, have been applied to vehicle-mounted, portable, and airborne scenarios. The technological leadership is mainly reflected in the deep hinge of multi-professional technology and the integration of multiple functions. The market demand and industrialization prospects are good.

The rapid growth of Zhongke Bizhi is a microcosm of the rapid development of Chengdu Beidou industry. The Chengdu Satellite Internet and Satellite Application Industry Development Plan (2023-2030) proposes thatStrive to build a satellite industry cluster worth hundreds of billions of yuan by 2030, and issued relevant support policies. In order to promote the high-quality development of satellite internet and satellite application industries in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, Chengdu Hi-tech Zone also officially issued the "Several Policies of Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone on Promoting the Establishment of Circles and Strengthening Chains in Satellite Internet and Satellite Application Industries (Trial)" to provide better support for related enterprises and promote high-quality development of enterprises.

"The comprehensive PNT system is in its infancy, the professional field of trusted PNT is also developing through exploration, and many concepts and professional fields of the industry are growing rapidly." Chen Qinggang said that he is very optimistic about the prospects for Chengdu to develop the Beidou industry, and will take this conference as an opportunity to continue to work hand in hand with industry experts, users and peers to promote technological innovation and development.
