Wuhan, located on the Yangtze River and the Han River, is a megacity in Central China, the capital of Hubei Province, and one of the core cities of the six central provinces. As the leader of the urban agglomeration in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, it is radiating unprecedented vitality.

Wuhan Ali Center is located in the Xudong business district of Wuchang inner ring, a modern commercial center integrating international finance, high-end business, TMT, cultural creativity, and information industry.

The park is well connected by transportation. It is only a 5-minute walk from Xudong Station on Metro Line 8 and only one stop away from Xujiapeng Station for Line 5 (which runs through Wuchang along the river) and Line 8 (which connects Hankou and Wuchang). It is only 35 minutes by car from the airport, 15 minutes by car from Wuchang Railway Station, and 20 minutes by car from Wuhan Railway Station.

"Kongming lock structure" + "large extension space"

Create a sense of openness and relaxation that is rare in super high-rise buildings

Project renderings

Wuhan Ali Center consists of two super high-rise office towers, a commercial podium and a 4-story basement, with a total construction area of over 450,000 square meters. Benoy Architecture Design Office creatively proposed the concept of "Ali three-dimensional campus": in addition to traditional commercial and office functions, it extends "learning space", "living space", "research space" and "social space", using the composition method of "Kongming lock" to stagger, nest, reconstruct and support each other in three dimensions.

It not only creates a recognizable building appearance, but also forms a powerful connection system that efficiently connects various functional areas. Vertical access is achieved between some high and low areas, ensuring convenient movement.

Between the tower and the podium is the "lock" of the Kongming lock - the most distinctive "HUB space" of Wuhan Ali Center.

The HUB and the orange staircase on the large roof are like giant sculptures of the city and windows of the project. Together with the commercial rooftop plaza, they form a diverse scene integrating commerce, art and culture. The commercial area itself will occasionally hold entertainment activities such as markets and art exhibitions. It can also provide companies with venues for commercial activities such as theme shows, information conferences, promotional roadshows, etc., and is open to people for rest and communication on a daily basis.

In response to modern people's office preferences, Wuhan Ali Center strives to break the "enclosed feeling" of traditional super-high-rise office buildings. In addition to the HUB space, it also extends outward to include roof gardens, sky corridors, sunken squares, terraces and other open venues for daily social activities, activities and information display.

“The MixC is just downstairs from the office building”

Seamlessly switch between modern urban lifestyle trends

Project renderings

The Xudong business district, where the Wuhan Ali Center is located, is located at the intersection of Wuchang’s traditional commercial district Xudong and the future Wuchang Riverside Commercial District. It is the absolute core business district of the main city.

Its commercial area will combine Alibaba's genes and China Resources' operating experience to create a smart shopping center "Qincheng Mixc" and open it to the public. The business formats cover the diverse needs of modern urban people, such as catering, leisure, sports, fitness, performances, and trendy play. The high-rise area will be combined with the 5th and 6th floors of the roof plaza to form a courtyard space and business expansion area to enrich the consumer experience.

“Full glass curtain wall with river view”

Healthy and comfortable high-quality office space

Wuhan Ali Center showcases a simple and elegant architectural form through the interlacing and interlocking volumes.

Project renderings

The exterior curtain wall adopts more than 20 systems, using materials such as colored glaze glass, ultra-clear glass, ceramic panels and perforated aluminum panels to give the building a delicate and rich facade expression, which requires an extremely high level of refinement in on-site construction.

The office facades are all made of "ultra-white double silver LOW-E (argon-filled) hollow full-glass curtain wall", which not only has a simple and upright appearance, but also has good energy-saving effects, allowing customers to get a more comfortable experience at a lower cost.

The 3-meter-wide glass unit maximizes the vision of super-high-rise users. The horizontal eaves decorative strips on the floor not only avoid visual interference, but also ensure the sunshade effect. Sitting near the window, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Second Yangtze River Bridge and the surging river, and the beautiful scenery of the East Lake, Shahu Lake and other water cities connected with the green mountains.

Currently, it has obtained the "LEED Gold" pre-certification and "Green Building Level 2" certification
