Two directors, Shi Lijuan and Shi Youzhen, have withdrawn, and Zong Fuli's position has changed from chairman to executive director. At the same time, the business scope has changed, and "leisure and sightseeing activities" have been added. Public information shows that Shi Youzhen is the wife of Wahaha founder Zong Qinghou and the mother of Zong Fuli.

Currently, in the equity structure of Hongsheng Beverage Group, Hengfeng Trading Co., Ltd. accounts for 98% and Zhejiang Hengfeng Investment Co., Ltd. accounts for 2%.

On March 27 this year, the official website of Wahaha Group reprinted an official report, stating that Zong Fuli’s identity was “Zong Fuli, General Manager of Hangzhou Wahaha Group and President of Hongsheng Beverage Group.

The main products of Hongsheng Beverage Group include purified water, milk-containing beverages, tea beverages, fruit and vegetable beverages, canned foods, etc. It also has high-end equipment manufacturing, printing and packaging, beverage production, brand marketing, logistics and warehousing, etc., which runs through the entire chain of the beverage industry. It is understood that Hongsheng Group started with Wahaha OEM business and then gradually built its own brand.

On July 18, a resignation letter from Zong Fuli, vice chairman of Wahaha Group, circulated on the Internet. In response, Xinhua Finance called Wahaha on July 18, but the other party did not respond.

Tianyancha App shows that Hangzhou Wahaha Group Co., Ltd. was established in February 1993. The legal representative, chairman and general manager is Zong Qinghou. The registered capital is about 526 million yuan. At present, the company is held by Hangzhou Shangcheng District Cultural, Commercial and Tourism Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., Zong Qinghou, and Hangzhou Wahaha Group Co., Ltd. Grassroots Trade Union Joint Committee (Employee Stock Ownership Association) with 46%, 29.4% and 24.6% shares respectively. Zong Qinghou is the second largest shareholder of Wahaha. The inquiry found that Hangzhou Shangcheng District Cultural, Commercial and Tourism Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shangcheng District State-owned Capital Operation Group Co., Ltd., which is 100% controlled by the District Finance Bureau.

In recent years, Zong Fuli has gradually deepened her involvement in the business of Wahaha Group. Zong Fuli has served as the head of the brand public relations department of Wahaha Group since April 2018, and has concurrently served as the deputy general manager of Wahaha Group Sales Company since March 2020. In April 2023, Hangzhou Wahaha Feichang Cola Beverage Co., Ltd. underwent industrial and commercial changes, adding Zong Fuli as a director.

It is worth mentioning that,Zong Fuli has not yet taken over the shares of Hangzhou Wahaha Group Co., Ltd.

On February 25 this year, Zong Qinghou, founder and chairman of Wahaha Group, passed away at the age of 79.
