According to IT Home on July 18, the second-generation NIO Phone has passed the national 3C certification. The model is "N2401" and supports 100W fast charging. This is also NIO's third digital product that has passed the 3C certification and is still manufactured by Lens Technology.

NIO launched its first smartphone, Nio Phone, on September 21 last year, with a starting price of 6,499 yuan. According to the product update rhythm of one year, the second-generation NIO Phone is expected to be officially announced in the near future and officially debut in the next 2 to 3 months.

It is worth mentioning that Li Bin, founder, chairman and CEO of NIO, revealed as early as March this year that NIO's second-generation smartphone NIO Phone has successfully completed the development process and entered the production and manufacturing stage.

Li Bin also promised that "NIO will only launch one new mobile phone every year." At the same time, Bai Jian, vice president of NIO, said that NIO mobile phones have three tasks this year, which are summarized as follows:

  • We will continue to improve the connectivity between car computers and mobile phones, and continue to optimize and launch new and old functions. For example, the connectivity between mobile phones and various screens in the car, and the seamless ultra-low latency resource sharing between mobile phones and cars will be updated and launched next month.

  • Further open up the underlying functions of the car side and interact with the mobile phone. Make it more convenient for users to use the car. For example, the sensorless parking will be fully launched in early April. Explore the possibility of opening it up to the entire industry;

  • The computing power/information sharing between car computers and mobile phones allows large-scale model applications to be implemented quickly and efficiently.
