TarkEgg sorted out the images of Mikaela in the DLC and found that the "golden grass pattern" representing Mikaela's sacred tree (HALIGTREE) appeared on a badge of the Fallen Leaf Faction robe, and a similar pattern was also reflected on Latan's cloak in the DLC and the main game, while the golden tree (ERDTREE) pattern representing the confrontation with Mikaela never appeared. Some players think this implies that the two had formed an alliance long before the DLC.
