Recently, Anhui Province issued the "Notice on Strengthening the Supervision of Electric Vehicle Charging Service Fees", severely investigating and punishing price violations in the electric vehicle charging service field, further maintaining the good price order of the electric vehicle charging service market in our province, and effectively reducing the burden of electricity consumption for people's travel.

The "Notice" requires that, with respect to charging service charges (including charging electricity charges and charging service fees), for charging electricity charges, it is necessary to focus on checking the implementation of the current electricity price policy by the market operators related to charging facilities, and severely investigate and punish the illegal acts of the market operators related to charging facilities not implementing the classified electricity prices according to their locations, not properly implementing the peak and valley time-of-use electricity prices, and other illegal acts of not implementing the government guidance prices and pricing; for various charging items such as charging service fees that implement market-regulated prices, efforts should be made to investigate and punish the illegal acts of the relevant market operators not clearly marking prices as required, price fraud, etc. At the same time, it is necessary to urge the market operators related to charging facilities to reasonably formulate charging standards in accordance with the principles of covering costs, reasonable profits, and honesty and trustworthiness.

The "Notice" emphasizes that market supervision departments at all levels in the province should keep a close eye on issues that are frequently reported by the public and have a high concentration of complaints and reports, focus on key price behaviors, increase the frequency of market inspections in a targeted manner, and increase law enforcement and case handling efforts; actively strengthen communication and coordination with development and reform, housing and construction, and industry regulatory departments, strengthen information sharing and communication and collaboration, improve comprehensive supervision effectiveness, and form a governance pattern of benign interaction, orderly participation, and joint management among all parties to promote social co-governance.
