eDaijia hopes to encourage car owners to actively participate in the crackdown on illegal drivers under the guidance of relevant departments by setting up special funds. The three parties will work together to maintain a good market order.

In recent years, eDaijia has worked with relevant departments to crack down on more than 200 stores selling "fake work clothes" on platforms such as Taobao, JD.com, and Xianyu. Once a platform-cooperated driver is involved in a private transaction, the contract will be terminated immediately and cooperation will never be resumed. According to reports, if the car owner finds a black driver pretending to be an e-driver and asking for an exorbitant price, or a platform driver trying to "smuggle orders", the key evidence will be collected and the black driver will be handed over to the relevant department. After meeting the reward conditions, the car owner can contact the e-driver official hotline. After the review is correct, the car owner can get a reward of 10 times the driver fee for the order. For example, in the "300 yuan for 14 kilometers" driver fee incident, if the car owner catches the black driver and contacts the relevant department, the black driver admits his mistake and the car owner can contact e-driver to get a reward of 3,000 yuan.
