Beijing News Shell Finance (Reporter Pan Yichun) On July 15, Beijing News Shell Finance reporter learned from authoritative channels that Jiang Guofei, former senior vice president of Ant Group and president of Ant Digital Technology Group, will join China Electronics Information Industry Group and be responsible for promoting the implementation of the national data elements and artificial intelligence strategy.

Jiang Guofei graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology, where he received his bachelor's and doctoral degrees, and completed his postdoctoral research at Dartmouth College in the United States. In 2004, he joined NEC America Research Institute, where he served as a senior researcher, department head and vice president. In 2017, he joined Ant Group, responsible for the technology business segment. He has rich experience in the research and development of cutting-edge technologies such as data elements, blockchain and the Internet of Things, as well as in the expansion of technology businesses.

China Electronics Information Industry Group (referred to as "China Electronics") is a central enterprise directly managed by the central government with cybersecurity and informatization as its main business.
