It was previously reported that ShadPS4, a game simulator in the early stages of development, has "unlocked" Bloodborne and can run to the game's title interface.

Recently, dsogaming, wccftech and other media have confirmed that ShadPS4 can now run "Red Dead Redemption Remastered", but it is limited to running the game interface, unable to render loading graphics, and may crash. Despite this, ShadPS4 is currently the only emulator that can run "Red Dead Redemption Remastered".

According to reports, shadPS4 is a PS4 emulator written in C++ for Windows and Linux. The software is still in the early stages of development and its goal is to be able to run various PS4 games stably.

"Red Dead Redemption Remastered" will be released on Switch and PS4 platforms in August 2023.
