In order to further deepen the theoretical research on the construction of a modern vocational education system and enrich the practical exploration of the industry's industry-education integration community, on July 13, the National Data Intelligence and Smart Government Industry Industry-Education Integration Community Academic Annual Conference and the first "Qiushi Forum" of Guangdong Administrative Vocational College (Guangdong Youth Vocational College) were held at the Huadu Campus of Guangdong Administrative Vocational College (Guangdong Youth Vocational College).
It is reported that the theme of this forum is "Innovative Governance: Practice and Challenges of Smart Government Affairs". Nearly 100 guests from the national data intelligence and smart government affairs industry leaders, university scholars and industry enterprises attended the forum and conducted a one-day in-depth discussion around the above theme. The forum was hosted by Chen Jiagang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of Guangdong Administrative Vocational College (Guangdong Youth Vocational College).

Professor Wen Hong, Vice Dean of the Graduate School of South China University of Technology, gave a keynote speech entitled "Towards Agile Governance of Megacities: A Perspective of Global Digital Transformation", which deeply analyzed the complex path of megacities towards agile governance from a macro perspective of global digital transformation, and provided new ideas for urban governance. Dr. Ma Qidong, Chief Engineer of the Government Service Data Management Bureau of Baiyun District, Guangzhou, gave a keynote speech entitled "The Road to Digital Transformation of Baiyun District, Guangzhou", which deeply analyzed the practical innovation of Baiyun District in the journey of digital transformation, and revealed the important value and far-reaching significance of digital transformation in promoting the modernization of urban governance and industrial upgrading and transformation. Chairman Zhang Liangjun of Guangdong Teddy Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. delivered a keynote speech entitled "Digital Application Talent Cultivation Based on the Empowerment of Progressive Culture", which deeply analyzed the urgent demand trend of digital talents in the context of the big model era, and elaborated on the company's unique path and forward-looking strategy in digital talent cultivation.
