china youth network news(reporter gao lei) recently, maimai's "top companies to work for" was officially launched. this list is ranked according to maimai's employer index. as of press time, bytedance ranked first in the overall list, alibaba and tencent ranked second and third respectively. huawei and xiaohongshu also entered the top 10 of the overall list.

the "top companies to work for" currently launched by maimai covers the overall list, the foreign company list and 15 industry lists, a total of 17 category lists. in the latest ranking, bytedance topped the overall list, ant group led the new financial technology industry list, and meituan topped the new life service industry list.
yang ying, director of business operations at maimai, introduced that the "top companies to work for" is the result of maimai's employer index ranking. this index combines the discussion popularity and positive reviews of companies in multiple channels such as maimai community square, colleague circle, industry circle, etc. it is based on the quantitative analysis of the company's reputation data in the past year. it includes multiple dimensions such as work intensity, team atmosphere, salary and benefits, interview experience, etc., and is updated dynamically every day.
according to reports, maimai is intelligently calculating and analyzing massive amounts of data such as the popularity of corporate discussions, the influence of corporate accounts, and the positive and negative emotions of corporate-related content based on its exclusive large model trained on 11 years of workplace big data, in order to effectively avoid interference from subjective factors and strive to objectively reflect the reputation of employers. yang ying further pointed out that this is the first time that maimai has officially released the "employer index" after entering the recruitment business six years ago. she also mentioned that in the "job selection for employers" event at the maimai max annual workplace festival, the "employer index" of the "job selection for companies" will account for 60% of the selection weight.
lin fan, founder and ceo of maimai, once said that there are more than 5,000 large and medium-sized enterprises building employer brands on maimai. as a workplace community, maimai has gathered 120 million registered users and 1.47 million active companies. the "zhi de qu company list" uses a large model to analyze and quantify the fragmented information of employer reputation scattered in the community, hoping to use the company's "employer index" ranking to screen out good companies recognized by professionals.
